Tescos are doing an internet phone on pay as you go for just £7.48 and you get £5.00 calling credit. Its easy to set up and you get a choise of phone numbers.
To call other Tescos internet users its free and to call landlines its only 2p a minute and Mobiles is only 10p a minute
I think its a good cheap package

I got a brand new internet phone off Ebay really cheap, but I only used it on Yahoo messenger and Skype, but I never used it for voice out calls that you have to pay for.

I now use my normal phone attached to my Orange Livebox for all my calls and it's great.

Their calls are not cheap compared to other suppliers.
