Tried to return a skirt without receipt today, and was told they couldn't (wouldn't) do anything without a receipt!! 'You'd better go & find it' she said!!! Will just go back to another store tomorrow & hope for the best!0

I think you should have stood your ground here, vellum (without drawing to much attention), and told SA2 to check with SA1, your exchange should have been allowed...........You shouldnt let this happen........you had permission to do this....they should honour it(imho)

on the positive side, i grabbed a few electrical brush heads which are reduced from 10.99 to 8.99, not bogof, have been wondering how to get them free as old coupons are expiring and cannot find the new ones to combine.0 -

that was unreasonable, a bit rude to say that to a customer. but u r right not to argue, another store will have better cs who knows the return policy.0 -

actually i have been looking for a microwave browning plate and a toastie bag in t extra, couldn't find any, don't really want to buy it from lakeland as they are not cheap (browning plate £12.99, toastie bag £7 for 2, saw them on can'trememberthenamewhatever home shopping catalogue) and i want cc points if i am going to pay that sort of money.0 -

99p in aldi? r they heat resistant material and can be put into a toaster to toast the bread and melt the cheese? if yes, that is a fantastic value, i must rush out to aldi to get some.0

Friday night good pickings I'd say. Go for it, wish I was there but having a drink enjoying my favourite music. Sundays my day if not sooner.0
