Also took £46.00 of clothes back because of a failed mission (In my eyes)
£115.12 to £40.62. Expected gift card, but coupons were not even questioned £46.00 refunded straight to visa.

Hope you are all lucky this w/e, I feel like the happiest girl in the world!

returned some clothes without receipt, sa no.1 said it is ok to exchange for non-clothes items including food. so went around do the usual weekly shop, back to clothes counter, sa no.1 was not there, sa no.2 said only exchange for non-food items, so have to run to get more non-food item.

another lack of consistency of t, maybe sa no.2 was put off by the number of food in the trolley, it was only about 20 not a full trolley.

have quite a few set backs these days, think i should go back to the cave and have a reflection.

Trampoline (for ds)
2 x bedclothes sets.
Wanted BBQ really but none available.

I am off to do a clothes shop tomorrow and have 2 different £10 off £50 spend coupons. Will both of these work on a £50 spend, Does it matter in which order they are scanned in?

Different barcodes then yes, if one is a blue then it has been advised by LH I think! to get that one scanned first as some are problematic.

The SA put the new £10 coupon through for me first and then my blue £10 and it worked fine!( I was worried and told him not to.......but it was ok!)

I think you should have stood your ground here, vellum (without drawing to much attention), and told SA2 to check with SA1, your exchange should have been allowed...........You shouldnt let this happen........you had permission to do this....they should honour it(imho)
