I have some mens jeans to take back - only bought them for points. Am i pushing my luck taking them back during 20% off with heavily couponed reciept? Usually i would take them without it but they may have been reduced. I only want to exchange for something for me.

If you take them back before Wednesday you should be ok, after that you will possibly lose at least the 20% with no receipt...

sad day 2day did food shopping in local(work)tesco no clothes:eek: used all h/b vouchers yesterday no dm vouchers nothing at all.made a bit of a change to go shopping without all the adding up,working out etc come on tesco we want lots of new vouchers NOW!!!!:rotfl:

Leadhead, when you rip your receipts are you tearing off the whole bottom section, or just doing a sort of one-sided tear to get rid of the repeated word 'coupon' and the coupon amount, but still leaving the method of payment and store and transaction/details/date etc intact at the bottom?

I would love to know, as they need the date and how you paid don't they? Thing is though, walls have ears.........next thing we know TescoEmployee will have emailed the stores about this!!

20% sale starts today at tesco, if you are taking somthing back without the receipt they will knock 20% off so its best to wait a few weeks after the sale has finished then you will get full value to exchange it.

coupon mad this is one tesco employee who won't be emailing details round about reciepts being damaged i can assure u of that

There's nothing wrong with pushing vouchers to their limits, but breaking terms and conditions is not Money Saving.
Some activities suggested regarding vouchers are in a legally grey area and none of us wants to get the site in trouble. Please do not suggest any kind of fraudulent activity as it is against site rules.
