The postage is only free if this item is bought on its own. It does state this on the banner and if you add additional items to your basket, usual shipping applies.

This is because we can ship this as a large letter rather than a parcel is bought on its own

I ordered some of the Piriton alternatives from chemist-4-u.com and got charged postage even though the banner in the corner said no postage. They refused to refund the postage. Only a couple of quid so not going to waste energy chasing it, but just thought I'd warn people.

Amazon are currently selling a twelve month supply of Allacan Cetirizine Hayfever and Allergy Tablets for only £4.89, that's the cheapest I have ever seen them.
  • Hi! I was in Poundstretchers at One Stop Shopping Centre, Perry Barr, Birmingham yesterday and amidst a sea of empty shelves where all the paracetamol products used to be there were boxes of 30 generic cetirizine tablets for 79p each.  There was a ticket for 14 loratidine for 59p but they were oos.
Whatever you do, do it safely.
  • Try Aldi - they have  packs of 14 Loretadine one a day allergy tablets for 79 pence.

Vaseline smeared around your nostrils works really well
  • Oh no I feel really bad now :0(
If you have a teaspoon of local honey every day you will not get any hayfever symptoms at all! If you do this for I think it is 3 years (obviously you can miss odd days) then you will have cured your hayfever like me!!!!! o:)
It might cost more to purchase local honey but a jar of this "medicine" can last you a whole year and if you have honey dishes anyway like toast, Weetabix, or honey, and lemon drink then it will work out even cheaper for you not only that but you will not have any residual hayfever symptoms as I used to on drugs, you can miss odd days here and there and not notice, no more pumping your body with drugs and you will make yourself immune and not require any medication including local honey at all! FREEDOM <3
  • Your excellent guide assesses if it is cheaper to obtain hayfever meds on prescription. Since May 2018, NHS England has indtructed GPs not to prescribe commonly available over the counter medication to patients. This includes patients who receive ‘free’ prescriptions. Directing them and others to get a prescription from their GP will likely result in disappointment and conflict!
