Mobile calling costs to 0560

Can anyone advise me on the calling costs to 0560 numbers, specifically from Vodafone? I have called them and asked, but they were completely baffled and could only say it definately wouldn't be included in my free minutes (only 01 and 02 numbers are), but how it would be charged was a mystery to them as no-one had asked this before and they didn't have the prefix listed. They did warn it might be quite expensive.
So, has anyone called them from any of the mobile networks before and can give me a clue as to how they are charged?
