Money - how do you work out what internal walls you can knock down by just looking at a floor plan on right move ?

You want to try the local EA we have here (a member of that Countrywide chain....ahem...) that often doesn't put the room sizes up on their website and, when they do, its in metric measurements (rather than feet and inches). Deliberate "confusion" I would say - so that people get conned into looking at properties that are just too small for them...in the hope that they will "fall in love" with them

Heaven forbid they use metric measurements!

It's not as if any functioning human being can convert them into imperial if they need to.

I don't know how you keep coming out with this stuff, your computer must have a big red button with 'NONSENSE' written on it that you press when you can't think of anything useful to say.
  • :rotfl:Here comes Sinbad - again - do let me congratulate you by the way for getting your own flat in a "desirable" location in London at about £220k if I remember aright up for sale and keep us posted on how it goes.

Plenty of time for you to monitor progress of your sale - at any time of day or day of the week already...I wish I'd had such a flexible employer whilst I was young enough to have a job still that I could post virtually whenever I liked...:rotfl:

My flat sold within 4 weeks for 4k less than asking price.

Hows your sale going again? I imagine it must have been snapped up with it being in the '2nd best terrace area' :rotfl:

Would recommend selling at " Offers Around" offers over can put people off.
Ask about selling fees, is it "with or without" VAT.

    GOOD LUCK :)

I think we going for offers in the region of and giving people the opportunity to knock us down. It also gives us the choice to reduce it later
