BOOKED A SHORT HOL IN ITALY VIA UK TRAVEL AGENCY .DEPARTED BRISTOL- LANDED AMSTERDAM(TRANSFER POINT) TO OUR DESTINATION IN FLORENCE MY LUGGAGE LOST FOR 24 hrs .RETURN JOURNEY DEPARTED FLORENCE 3 hrs LATE MISSED CONNECTING FLIGHT AT AMSTERDAN ARRIVED BACK IN UK 12hrs late. ALL OUR ELECTRONIC TICKET DOCUMENTS ADVISE "KLM FLIGHT NUMBERS FOR OUTWARD & INWARD TRAVEL INCLUDING TRANSFERS" , BUT KLM CO SHARE THIS ROUTE WITH ALITALIA, FLIGHTS FROM AMSTERDAM TO FLORENCE AND BACK BEING MADE THE LATTER.WE MADE A COMPENSATION CLAIM TO KLM WHO ADVISED US IT WAS NOT THEIR REPONSIBILITY & TO CONTACT ALITALIA . WHERE DO WE STAND ?
