eBay selling dilemma

Hi, I'm not an experienced ebay seller - just needing so extra cash at the moment. So I have a dilemma that I hope you can help advise. I listed an item over the weekend for a cheap buy it now price. Someone bought it and hasn't paid. Fair enough I thought but when I checked the buyer they have listed 3 of the exact same item at a much higher price. I emailed them today as they still haven't paid, asking if they still wanted the item - all they replied was yes they still want it - no payment. Now I'm a bit annoyed that I'm being taken for a ride as a) my cheap item is out of the picture whilst they are free to sell there's or b) I worry that they will sell one of there's and get me to ship mine to their buyer.
Has anyone got any advice please?

Firstly, have they said when they are planning to pay?, if they do then you need to only send the item to the registered paypal address, if they ask you to send it elsewhere then dont otherwise you will lose paypal protection. Unfortunately you cannot force them to pay but you can open an NPB after 4 daysAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00

Many thanks! I will definitely make sure if they pay to ship to the PayPal address. No the annoying thing is they haven't said when they would pay. They look like professional sellers to me.
Guess they have taken my item out of the picture so there's will sell.MFW 2013 #146 Target £6000

Buy theirs and don't pay. No, actually your only option is to open a NPB dispute as soon as you can.0

You can do this after 2 days now - I've done it recently.0 -

Has the 2 days started already, I thought it was Autumn?
If it has started this looks like a good scenario to go for the 2 days rather than wait 4.
OP, they might even be looking to drop ship yours, I had a buyer do that to me this year, buy my goods, sell them on , and then when they pay add the new buyers address to their paypal account for me to send to. I didn't notice what was happening until one of the 'buyers' contacted me with a query and I realised I hadn't sold it to her, but she had got my email from my packing slip.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Yes, started now. Sticking to 4 days on me, but in this case, it might spur this buyer/seller into action.
I agree, I would normally stick to my day 4 opening- but in this situation I think a 2 day opening would be a better idea.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. If you do think they are using you to drop-ship, then dont forget to include a full invoice showing the amount paid. If they get you to send it direct to their buyer who paid a lot more, I dont think they will get good feedback...

Thanks Soolin! I'm convinced this is what they are going to do. I didn't realise that they can change the paypal address. I have taken down the sellers address so I will be posting to that if they pay. Time to open a non paying customer case
