Sky M&S Vouchers not recieved

hi, i was wondering if anybody else has had this problem? i have waited way past the 45 day period and contacted them on the phone and online and they have fobbed me off twice now saying they will arrive in 5 -10 days and i'm just not going to wait any longer. i want my vouchers AND compensation for the ludicrous amount of time i have wasted trying to resolve this.... i have contacted ASA who said to complain direct and im not doing that as it gets you knowhere! im contemplating contacting OFCOM & Watchdog but wondered if anybody had any tips first!? thanks in advance!:eek::eek::eek::mad::mad::mad:
