You have to click on the box which says update details, then you get a green tick (where the cross was in the top right hand corner) and you can then click the submit order.

I got this, but county box not showing kent!! had to enter somewhere to validate address but am hoping voucher doesnt end up in aberdeen!

hi joe right at the bottom of the page in pale grey it says change page with sideways arrows its quite small but it does work :beer:

The box is titled COUNTY, but the locations are all TOWNS, and cities. Try to see if the nearest postal town is there.

I think everyone's got the same thing Joe. The past points seems to have reset when they put the new website in. I'm afraid you might have to guess whether you've got them or not.

I've heard a few people mention this now. I don't know if my account is just different to everyone else's, or whether it's not very obvious to other people because it's written in light grey on the screen, but right underneath the most recent 10 items, there are links to view the rest. E.g. mine says:

"Change page: < > | Displaying page 1 of 6, items 1 to 10 of 60."

Click the arrows to move through the pages.

Edit: sorry, I did read this thread but didn't see that someone had already said this... I'm very tired tonight, my brain isn't functioning properly!

When you refer someone, what do the 500pp appear as in your Piggybank? I've just had 500pp added to my account today under the heading of 'Adjustment' followed by some random numbers - but I don't know whether it's because my referral has just ordered a voucher, or because they've cancelled the £5 voucher I ordered last week and added the points back onto my account - ?!
