Hiya, the survey was sent by email a few weeks ago to some members, all about tea. If you didnt get the survey email, you cant complete it, but if you did, go to your piggybank, the points should be added. hope that helps xxx

I just ordered a Boots voucher, and when I got to the confirm delivery address, I clicked on the submit order box, and got a red cross (in the right hand top corner).

the address was correct, and I clicked it a few times and got the cross.

You have to click on the box which says update details, then you get a green tick (where the cross was in the top right hand corner) and you can then click the submit order.

To recap, click update details then confirm the submit order.

(Sorry if this has been posted before, but there were a quite few questions as to people not being able to collect their orders, Just trying to help)

Hiya, did you check your 'categories of interest', they may have been unticked which would mean you wont get any clickthroughs. Hope you get some soon xxx

Ok good, that's what I was hoping - thanks It probably sounded like a daft question, but as we'd never ordered vouchers before we just weren't sure if his was taking longer because it was a higher value. I'll go try it again now and see what happens.
