I have just validated my A/C and used 44 then missed the zero off the start of the mobile number and the text came through in seconds i.e 4477986 XXXXXX

It's my birthday today, and i thought we got points from pigsback on our birthdays but i have had nothing?

Anyone know how we get them?

i made a cd-wow purchase, using a voucher and i got 10 points per pound rather than 5- was a pleasant suprise. finally got a boots voucher that i ordered a while ago that i was getting worried about. might order another one now.
(thought i'd say something nice about PB among the sea of complaints- complaints which are justified but i won't tarnish this positive post by goin into all that).

Hello! Been away for a week in not so sunny New Quay and came back to find out Pigsback still has a few glitches! Oh well!

Has there been any new points sign ups in the last week? Think i am ok for before then.

All I can say is OMG. I go away for a fortnight and pb descends into chaos. It's going to take me ages to update post 3. I have just spent over an hour reading all the posts since I was last here. Thank you to Jo_ b for post 1846, that will save me a bit of time for the points sign ups

Half the links I've clicked as I've been browsing through posts aren't working for me, I'm not sure what to make of the new site.

still waiting for mine from 22nd June, so don't hold your breath.

Emailed them, of course, but had no reply.

I'm all but giving up on the site. Just reading the posts on here since the relaunch is enough to make you lose all faith.

I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone anytime soon, and there's no way I'm going to be purchasing from them until the site is bug free.

Does anyone else have a problem when they check their piggybank.

I can access my piggybank but it will not scroll down - can only see 10 items which are all for clickthrus - cannot check previous weeks to see if I have been credited with two tesco orders I did.
