This has been very helpful. Does anyone know for sure about the BBC magazines?

I am trying to match up the mags which do send out gifts with subs to the ones I can get with my Tesco clubcard things!

Yes by some miracle I finally got a till spit yesterday for 50 points, first in six weeks. With all the coupons in mags I get some each time I go into Tesco so I dont know wether Mr ts computer has picked up on this- very rarely get Woam or Womans Own.

This is a 50 point one for either Woman or Womans Own. My dilema is do I use this week when both mags only have 30p coupons inside or do I wait for next week when they might not have any at all? Also with the quater end looming I still have not hit the six thousand mark so do I just say to hell with it, take one of them through the till and then go straight to CS and swop it for 2 mags which do have coupons in :rotfl:

Just been cutting some coupons out and found a relevent one so now the mag is only going to cost me 60p but I get 50 points and a 30p coupon in return!

Now that's a good deal, I would go for it this week as Woman and Woman's Own are not renowned for their coupons. And if they do happen to have coupons in next week you can decide whether to buy again based on the profit alone.

apparently there is a way to scan multiple identical coupons without doing it one by one, depends on SA willing of course. handed in 4 colgate ones and SA counted the number of them, pressed 2 buttons on the till, scanned 1 coupon and it's done; SA did the same with the mills & boon ones and they scanned fine.

if that's the case, when there are one or two blurred coupons that don't scan, we can still put a sharp clear printed one on top and ask SA to press the multiply button, that should save SA the job of keying in long code. um... just a thought. :rolleyes:

FORGOT TO SAY - The GH came with a subscriber offer cheque book - just like the prima ones - might be worth looking to see if August issue is in cellophane in the shops or it was just a subs offer?

Mother & Baby def does, I'm sure I've got stuff with Prima Baby before now but I haven't had one for a while so don't know if they still do.
