Think the tills are now set up to only allow you to automatically get the 200 points once. It wouldn't work for me yesterday, despite him trying the same thing 3 times!
(Definition of insanity? Trying the same thing over and over and expecting a different result?!?)
Anyway, he couldn't work out why it wouldn't add them on, so put them on manually for me too, didn't suss that I might have already used the voucher before!!
I used the coupon that it valid until December and it didn't add on despite the fact that it was the first time I've used it so maybe they're the vouchers are just not working at all?0 -

Yes, same thing happened to me this morning in W H Smith. Spent £5.30, used the 200 points coupon and when assistant looked it hadn't gone on the receipt so she had to put it on manually. Felt guilty even though it was a 1st time time use of this coupon!0 -

I put away Britneys Curiosity as an Xmas gift, having bought it with H&B, SB, etc in Tesco. I've just used the code above to get the smellies to go with it - only £7.99 with p&p. It'll make an even better gift now. Many thanks. :TSo your answer don’t be scared of failure
