Virgin media overcharging

Hi, help please!
Initially we were on virgin.net bundle 3 (£9.99pcm for BB and virgin carrier pre select).
Since VM have taken over they have been charging me £14.99pcm, they didn't think to tell me about this! Bundle 3 is no longer available through VM. I have only had this contract for a few months so I can't cancel. I can log into my old virgin.net account and it confirms I should be on the old bundle 3, I have taken a copy of the webpage, should it be needed as evidence.
I can't seem to get through to virgin media, and when I do they tell me that my account is not on their database. What to do?
I would be better off with someone such as plusnet, who do a cheap basic BB service. Is ths overcharging grounds to cancel?
