Advice on 3rd Party

Hi
I have recently booked a flight through crystal travel. I was first directed there after doing a search on travelsupermarket.com. I completed my details and booked online then recieved an email saying seats not available blah blah blah. I then phoned them and booked over the phone. I have not recieved a confirmation email or any confirmation at all. No money has been removed from my bank.
Has anyone else had any experience with this company? Or any advice for me? I am worried that this hasnt gone through and that I don't have a flight at all. I don't mind if it hasn't as I will book direct with the airline but I dont want to pay twice. How long should I wait before exploring other avenues?
I am hoping that this is just because it is a Sunday. But having read reviews online of the company there seems to be a lot of issues. Some mixed but mostly bad.
I was tempted to cancel but they said they would need a £50 cancellation fee. I suppose this is a small price to pay for peace of mind.
Please help!!
Thanks

is there a reason why you did not book direct with the airline?0

Cost....although in hindsight I think I will pay the extra next time! Just have to chalk this one down to experience at the moment!
I phoned them and they said the Airlines office was closed and thats why I havent recieved an email yet but I should have it tomorrow... does this sound viable?0 -
Lots of complaints about them:
