We've booked a Virgin Holidays fly drive and a townhouse independently at "Windsor Hills", only a few minutes drive from Disney. You can do a search for different accomodation at Windsor Hills if you just google it. You book direct with the owner. Virgin Holidays Customer Service is awful, had problems with them already and we don't go til next year. They can't seem to price anything up correctly and I've had to phone them loads of times to get things corrected.

We have booked with TravelCity Direct to go in January 2008 - before it gets hot. Glad to note that this company is reputable as well as reasonable. I suspect the OP will, like me, want some guidance on the best deal on the Disney Tickets.... Anyone ?

Buy them before you go, the UK packages are much cheaper and better deals.

Google Disney tickets then compare websites, there isn't a lot of difference but some will price match and watch if there is cc service charge and/or postal charges.

I've used http://www.florida-magic-tickets.co.uk/ who issue e-tickets which means you exchange your email voucher at customer services at a Disney park for your 7/14 day ticket. This means the money stays in my bank until the last minute rather than paying out months/weeks in advance.

I have always booked separately flight, resort etc as apposed to using TCD or others.

Given the good exchange rate at the moment, I was thinking of buying WDW dickets for our trip next year direct from WDW website, paying in $. However, I undestand that there may be customs/import duty to pay.
Has anyone come across this? Do you know how much would it be likely to be? and would it still work out any cheaper?
Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end
