Are BuyMobilePhones or AffordableMobiles reliable?

The two websites both have the same deal, no cashback offers because I can't be bothered with the hassle, of a Samsung Galaxy S3 for £15.50 per month with 100mins, unlimited texts and 250mb of data, would anybody recommend one of the other, either or neither?
