I'm attempting to transfer out my Aldermore ISA to Halifax using the Halifax online transfer form.

Halifax form asks for sort code + account number OR roll number.

However as Aldermore ISA only has an account number with no sort code or roll number the online form won't won't let me progress.

Does anyone have a solution or workaround for this or am I going to have to resort to paper?

Thanks in advance.

Put the account number in the roll number box.

Sounds reasonable and thought of doing this but was unsure if it would work. Have you tried it?

    Update
Wimped out and filled in paper form. All went smoothly, Halifax requested transfer on Wed 24th April as requested (day after end 1yr fix), Aldermore sent cheque to Halifax on 29th and was showing online in my Halifax 3% ISA account on 30th.
