I have a stocks and share isa with Investment Funds Direct which is invested in three Newton funds income units, I have been getting the dividends regularly every three months till this February. This was due on 28th Feb and has still not been paid. I have contacted Funds direct and they said there is a problem with Newton but no idea what it is and they have not replied to my further e-mail. I changed to income units to provide a small income now I am retired and don't know how to find out what the problem is.

Other than speaking to them I don't think you'll be able to find out but I'd suggest phoning not email. Might be worth contacting Newton directly if the blame is being pointed at them.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

Dividends on three Newton Funds due on 28th February of which I have knowledge did seem to take a few days to be passed on by at least one Fund Supermarket, but those for Newton Higher Income, Newton Global Higher Income and Newton Asian Income were all received by 8th March.I have a stocks and share isa with Investment Funds Direct which is invested in three Newton funds income units, I have been getting the dividends regularly every three months till this February. You should press Funds Direct for further information as I don't believe there was any problem at Newton.
You could also check that dividends were due to you by clicking on each of your funds on this site and then on "Dividends".
