monarch newcastle to sanford

Hi i was wondering has anyone claimed for monarch flights from newcastle to sanford if so where can i get details of the flights we have been on that have been delayed one was delayed for 8 hours.
I have spoken to the person who i allways book with and she said that some of the going places shops have closed that i booked with and she didnt know if it would be possible to get any documents .
would anyone have any ideas where i can start, we have been for a good few years and i can't remember the date of the 8 hour delayed flight
