discharge - same as usual (white) and then clear "wetness" around it:o and in rst of pants - i really thought id wet myself
i rang the midwifes/delivery suite and they said keep a pad in, which i had, and see if any more comes out (nope) in which case just "relax and rest" LOL thats all anyone says for everything!!
feel a bit more normal now anyway that i know some1 else is leaking enought o have to have a pad on (was that in the pregnancys worst kept secrets thread :rolleyes: cos no1 ever mentions that do they:o )

Hi everyone,

I am so delighted to let you all know that my beautiful baby girl, Ella Summer, was born 3 weeks ago on 29 July 2007 (9 days overdue) at 9.03am. I gave birth to her at home in the birthing pool after a 6.5 hour labour with just tens and water for pain relief.

I am so so pleased I got the birth I wanted after a difficult fight to get it.

My baby daughter is just my whole world. We've had an emotional first few weeks (high highs and low lows) but it's all worth it and I'm loving being a mummy.

Good luck to all those pregnant and *labour dust* to those overdue.

Oh, I am feeling so fed up! :mad: I have yet another cold and cough and have not had much sleep at all...I'm so tired...I just can't get comfy and when I do my cough wakes me up again (or the need to go the loo!!! :rolleyes:). I'm watching preg progs (again) on Discovery and know all this is worthwhile but sometimes I don't like being pregnant much...

Good luck to all of you that are getting a bit bored with it all now - I remember that feeling & truly thought I'd be pregnant for at least a year! Thankfully I was only 17 days late & yes, they were the longest days of my life! Just remember - they are easier in than out!! :rotfl:

Hi emma, just wanted to say that I have had the same, this is my fourth baby and I never had it with the others so I too am pleased I'm not alone. I'm due about 8 days before you!

hi sarah this is my 4th child to its amasing how much diffrently this pregnancy has varied to hte others,ive never ever had braxton hix yet ive had loads with this one,the most dreafull heartburn with this one and real bad sleepless night which ive not had with the others,when they say every pregnancy is difrrent how true it is lol

hi all not had chance to catch up with the thread but yes you will know when your waters break and you must tell the midwives - it then means the clock's ticking.... mine went late last Tuesday night and after a long story and 30 hours of labour but little progress baby Isaac was born at 6am Thursday 16th by emergency c section. We came home today and are all well if sleepy (both) and sore (mum). He was 6lb 14oz and is the most beautiful baby in the world!:D Will be on again in a few days with more details etc.
