Did you still do a net cost spend to obtain the pp in the first place ?

I've not done any shops worth costing, this deal doesn't float my boat.

The missus and I don't really do wine (which is what I guess is makes it an attractive deal to others) and we get our meals/puddings in the form of whoopsies

But if someone did a £10 plus filler net cost on original shop then subsequent shops would all be £4 net cost plus fillers, right?

Yes, this shop cost £10 plus fillers. For the next shop I have £6 of free shopping due to the pp - I can either account for the £6 on my original shop (so in effect it cost £4 plus fillers as I said) or that shop cost £10 plus fillers and my second shop cost £6 less than it would have done without the pp. As I said, so long as you don't double count it should work out - where it doesn't work is if the pp is generated by a non-glitch shop, as you are overpaying in Ts for your products that are cheaper elsewhere and it therefore only price matching.

    Unless I have misunderstood?

Agreed, the 2nd shop net cost is reduced by the pp amount from the 1st shop.

Try and think of answers to the common questions interviewers try to catch you out with. E.g.

"tell us about a challenge you overcame"
    "what is your biggest weakness"
"tell us about a time you made a mistake"

As long as each answer ends with "what I learned from that is....." then they should be impressed

    Good luck

(ETA my advice above has a flaw. For example don't answer question 3 with "I once stole from my boss, what i learned from that is to make sure someone is out the room before I rummage through their things" :rotfl:)

Thanks David, had it sorted out now by someone much more knowledgeable than me and it only took a couple of mins - he was well pleased with the 1p items I gave him for his daughter for his trouble :D
So I missed out on 1p chocs then
    :rotfl: glad its sorted
