Sorry to see the thread in a bit of disarray, lets look forward to a good day today

I've been fasting so have been staying away from this thread, Mr T and A's lest the temptation of cheap goodies lead me off my path :A

My store is doing this price promise bingo. Today we have to save £1.23. I cant get my head around buying things in the shop where they are actually cheapest

Prize table has boxes of wine gums on it. Does that mean these went to 1p :rotfl:

In the next store where I got the turkish delight, the 'assistance needed' message came on the self scanner. The lovely SA there saw they were 1p and laughed saying they're probably toxic!

Lol I can t believe it some folk have all the luck. They don't like you having any bargains here. There are some nice ones but not many Ps that's when the is any to find

Aau1 - I've not really looked into this thing. As we obviously know how to target savings, is it worth hitting the £1.23 or do you really just get a box of wine gums? :A

Thanks so much for this, FC. My DS2 has Asperger's and we do struggle to communicate effectively. I shall give this book, and any others you recommend, a good go! :A

I do not care what anyone does with their stash - as my signature says. But this thread so often argues both sides of a point. Which is it?

1. Is it OK to sell finds or not? From last night, about Scamps, I take it it is.
2. Is it OK to share finds easily - again, on this thread, I take it not;
3. Is it OK to photograph your finds? No definitive on this one;
4. Is it OK to post somewhere different? Again, depends who you are;
5. What level of coupon/voucher abuse, call it what you like is acceptable?

Now I don't want answers to these questions because no one owns this thread. I'm glad this is at the end of the thread as hopefully it will not carry on into the next one. Just one and all, have a quick think about what you sometimes say and do. It is VERY two-faced and does come across as extremely judgemental and selfish. Let's remember - we're all here to save money and help each other out. :A:A:A
