I had to sack my planned As trip today. Had DS1 with me and we found quite a few of the reduced Lego sets in Ts that weren't there when I was in before. DS was :j:j:j and couldn't wait to get home.

He loves playing with Lego so much. Only thing is he can't build it so guess what Im doing this afternoon:o

I went this afternoon but there weren't any of the correct trigger razors.:(:(

My womble (1 lamb steak, 1 pork loin and 1 beef mince on 3 for £10) compared correctly in Asda's favour.

This is the recipe I use as it is quick and a lot lighter than a cloth one. If anyone fancies trying this out

    MICROWAVE CLOOTIE DUMPLING

    2 cups Mixed Fruit
    1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
    1 cup Water
    half pound Margarine
    1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
    2 teaspoons Mixed Spice
    1 Dessertspoon Treacle

    2 cups Plain Flour
    2 Beaten Eggs

    METHOD

Melt all the ingredients together then add Flour and Eggs.
Place in a bowl lined with clingfilm and cover.
    Microwave for approx 14mins.
Leave to cool for 5 mins or so and turn out onto a plate. Delish.

Thank you for this :) I don't (can't :o) cook but I'll pass it on to my chef :D
