While looking for the Cokes, something on sada.com has just made me chuckle.
The price l0ck on 4 Chicken Breast Fillets 613g at £4.50. Yet, when M's was on offer on it's 4 chicken breast fillets, it worked out (via APG) a lot cheaper than that - okay you might have had to buy in twos - 2x 613g - but 2 for £5.00 at M (work it out?) - even with adjustment for weight (588g? at M), still £2.50 plus a bit more per pack (less 10%) is cheaper than £4.50 (the "lock" to which the price has gone down). If prices go down and stay at a certain amount, locked there, I certainly won't be purchasing it locked at £4.50! Unfortunately M's no longer have a comparable version. A price reduction for the masses and price to stay stuck now at that level? (Way more than what I was paying!)0 -

We all have our own lines that we will not cross. Different people have different lines
Ps I started typing this 40 mind ago. My friend phoned and I've just had the quickest bath in living memory, so I might be a bit behind here
My friends have a load as they can't buy them, and I give them to family and neighbours. The rest are mine.:D0 -
ChrisEvanson wrote: »I'm puzzled by the 'faster paying' thing. They say they make payments payable as soon as they are paid by the merchant, so are they going to hold back non-premium payments?! They now pay out every two weeks anyway, so can't see its such a big deal if they mean they pay you quicker rather than have to wait a max two weeks.
I suspect that faster paying will soon only be available to premium members.Savvybuyer wrote: »Bear in mind it's perhaps not as good as that seems, as part of the £11.96 voucher you've used represents the overpayment (compared to a competitor) you paid last time. It's only the 10% off amount (plus any extra from glitches) that is "free" (plus arguably the cost of petrol/diesel/bus fare if A is nearest to you and you would otherwise have had to travel to get to that cheapest competitor).
You can't count the APG against the shop you got it from and the shop you spend it on! Double counting!I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. The inhaler the doc gave me is helping with the breathlessness, which is worse than the coughing now. My money is on bronchitis, I have never had breathlessness before its horrible/scary. Have to make sure I don't overuse the inhaler - never had one before and supposed to only use it four times at 2 puffs a time.
Just need to be well enough to get through a school day and parents evening tomorrow. Work from home Wednesday and fingers crossed be ok for work Thurs.
Ah FloFlo I feel your pain, my asthma is pretty much gone now but from my teenage years up until 2-3 years ago I suffered quite a bit and it is terrifying when you can't breathe. My worst experience was an allergic reaction to something in the flu jab and I had a massive tap in my arm because they were worried my veins would sink in and if I slipped unconscious they wouldn't be able to reach them, they injected me with muscle relaxants and said if I couldn't calm down then they'd need to give me a tracheoptemy  (Please forgive my spelling!) - what a way to get someone to calm down!! Hope today was better for you xxMay: Make £5 a day £115.38 / £155
