    Good morning, floflo take the advice of the elite and put your feet up, the body will repair so much faster if you stop stressing it out so cups of tea and choccie bics are prescibed:j, Logie so hope you do get out today and that the anti viral is doing it's job. I am going to shop today (thats the plan anyway) need milk but need to find the energy to get me out the door first:p.
