Zippy, a bit late now, but check with your DW, if she has a food mixer, like a kenwood, there is usually a grater attachment. Took me 15 mins to grate 10 blocks with mine, saves the skin on the fingers too! I managed to reuse the cheese bags too - got 2 blocks into 6 bags;):happylove Nanny to 2 Cherubs :happylove0 -
