I remember this being posted on a thread way back, and it has been on the first post of every thread since.

Thought I would post it as I think it's a good reminder :)

Just trying to work out how to get the best from 3 HH Coupons before tommorow. I have Pyrex vouchers so could get the 3lt Pytoflam dish for effectively £6.99, have Parioli vouchers too but looking for some PP items to bump up to £40.00 and then get a PP. any thoughts anyone?

Princes tuna 4x160g is good for a £4 PP vSainsbobs, combined with Twinings Everyday tea x80 at a £1.75 PP, although I appreciate that they are probably not the cheapest tea and tuna around but we like them.

Thank you to everyone whose advice has helped me in my desperate quest to make ends meet. x

EDIT-Back on the quest, I've been away too long!

The oncology ward has terrible signal, you literally cannot receive a phone call or text message
The last time I was in I was sooooooo bored. At least for the moment I can use my phone but they are on about moving me as soon as a bed is free :( If I suddenly stop posting that'll be why.

Calm spirit, lovely to see you

Have been kept busy this morning after the 'cleaner' came in. She used the same manky cloth to wipe my table, the windowsill, then the bin, then the sink and taps  Very glad to have packed my antibac wipes :p

    Yuck!
I done the same when DH was in hospital, I went in with my sprays and cloths and cleaned all around his bed and everything he would be touching.
I was brazen about it though and done it while the cleaner was there too! I took different coloured cloths for the different surfaces and I even asked if they had a mop I could use but I must admit the cleaner he had was a lot better than yours sounds.
DH told her I was OCD and so long as it smelt clean I'd be fine. One of the nurses said the ward had never smelt cleaner than when the cleaner knew I'd be visiting :o. I soon got the cleaner into doing things my way and left her all my stuff so that I knew DH would have a cleaner place to be.
The one that annoyed me was the cleaner in the next ward never changed the mop bucket water on any on the wards or rooms he'd to do, even those that had the isolation stickers on them:eek: I complained and he got watched for a few days then moved to be 'retrained'
I'd spent too long keeping DH healthy that I wasn't going to let some irresponsible idiot jeopardise that.

    Morning everyone.

    Thanks SB for new thread.

Logie that breakie sounded just yummy :)

Great to see Calmspirit posting again :hello::hello::hello:

Not sure if SB posted this, the Pilgrims Choice 350g Rich Smooth.

    A £3.50 or 2 for £5.00

    T £2.50

    M £1.99.

If anyone want's to test buying 2 ?

APG of £1.71 per pack on a single buy, but what I want tested is the 2 for 5£ to see if the multibuy is picked up :)

    APG on 2 for £5 is £1.12.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.
