Grey skies here today. DH and DS2 gone to the dump with three tellys  Ds2 had second hand ones in his room, and one after the other they packed up. Lazy tyke couldn't be bothered to get rid of them, and we refused to do it for him, so they were slowly taking up floor space. Tripping over one in the night spurred him into action, hence the trip to the dump. I've left the hoover ready for him when he gets back.;):p:D
DH wants to go out to buy some new clothes for our holiday (did I mention we are going on holiday?;):p:j:D), so I'm off for a shower. Not long out of bed after being up nearly all night, but hopefully this morning's sleep will let me go to bed tonight and revert back to sleeping at night and awake during the day.
Glad to see you posting calm spirit, please don't go away again.
zippy how are you and DW? and those doggies?
logie, hope you soon feel better. Get your DH to bring you lots of goodies to eat, and I hope they let you out soon.
SD sorry you're poorly and feeling so down. Any news on the rehoming?
VT hope your daughter is on the mend.
3Dogs, hope your arrangements for your move go well. Glad to see your posts seem more like your old self. Let's hope all the traumas are behind you now.
Hugs to all the peeps who are sad or poorly.
Thanks again to savvy for the new thread, and to all who post their finds/work out the glitches.

it took me 2 hrs to do and bag. still another 4 in fridge:)

I just cut the cheese into six and pop them back in the bag for the freezer. If you are grating or cooking with it, then it's fine. Not sure what the texture is like if you are just going to eat it -- but if you gently defrost/cook it from frozen on low, you get rather scrummy melted cheese which I confess I just eat with a fork! Am now trying not to buy cheese...

For the cidre lovers, thanks to 10 Ways.

They are saying that 2 packs of 8 x 568 ml bottles of Stella Cidre are £20 in Sainsbobs (that's 2 x £12 less a £4 multisave) but you get a brand match refund of £8 at till, making it 16 x pint bottles for £12. It seems to be a glitch as it's comparing Tesco 6 packs at £6 each. Someone has posted a receipt too.

Edit: This was posted 17 hours ago, so may be fixed?

Afternoon all :) Thankyou savvybuyer for the new thread.

Lots of spend and save till spills being given to shoppers with their receipts so if your using up your £5 spends then buy something small first I put through my baguette and got a £4 off £30 which combined nicely :T

That is really brilliant. Goes awesomely well with the fairy offer I posted on the last thread. £5.60 pp has been confirmed, so £3 for the 2 items, and now less £2 in mocs

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=60541403&postcount=7004

"T has an offer where you buy Fairy dishwasher tabs and get the washing up liquid free.

    795%5C5410076383795%5CIDShot_225x225.jpg

This one is £8.60 T, £3 A, so potentially £5.60 pp and the 433ml original or lemon fairy for free, so in effect both products for £3 (unfortunately don't think the washing up liquid compares to A).

Useful to bump up a HH?"

    Thank you :)

Thanks RN, do you think you could combine it with the 50p off Fairy Liquid on SSM?

Thank you to everyone whose advice has helped me in my desperate quest to make ends meet. x

EDIT-Back on the quest, I've been away too long!
