Hi Anna2007, to be honest with you Im not great with GB and techy terms so wouldn't have a clue whether they had overcharged me or not even if it was written down. I am now at the stage where I just want to sever all ties with this company as it is causing me undue stress and financial worries.
Since my last post 10 days ago I have continued to be badgered with emails and texts demanding this sum of money (despite being told on the 8th May my account would be put on hold and this would stop). Today I received a final reminder notice in the post and via email threatening further action in the form of debt collectors, which would affect my credit rating. I have again emailed the primus online team in the hope that they can sort this out asap, last thing I want is my credit rating to be affected by this whole saga! Hopefully will receive a response next week.
Scousefowler, I also had difficulties with the credit control department, whereby a member of staff repeatedly just talked over the top of me demanding this overdue amount, rather than just listening to what I was saying and attempting to resolve the issue. Thank god for the online team, I know I will no longer be dealing with Primus over the phone, I want everything in writing this time and people putting their names to what they say they will do, that way I have evidence as to what is agreed and have a better legal standing.0 -

Does anyone know if the general situation has improved and also whether a change from just phone to broadband and phone would have a cooling off period or is classed as an upgrade and no cooling off period?
Just signed up and having serious doubts!
Cheers
