Hi,

Has anyone had any dealings with them?

I try to call their number but have no answer...

Any help?

Thanks.

I'd say from my experience this morning, anyone considering them or tempted by the Groupon deal, should avoid.

They don't answer their phone, it just rings and rings. They have a twitter account that they advertise on their site but it's completely unused.

I think this is another case of a tiny company offering up more than it could cope with on Groupon and just collapsing under the strain.

I bought a mattress from them when they did a Groupon promo last year.

There were quite a few delivery delays before it arrived, and I definitely got the impression they had bitten off more than they could chew.

Just less than 1 year on, we're not really 100% happy with the supposedly 'firm' mattress - it went very squishy quite quickly, and now you can easily feel the springs.

I did manage to get through to Sleep Softly by phone a couple of months after buying it, to complain, but as we'd opened it & slept on it, they said there was nothing they could do:(

At least it was cheap, I certainly would'nt have been at all happy with the quality a full price.

Love the way when I follow the link it says hello Miss J****** R******, hope that's not you.

Looking at a few products on their site, they are quite expensive.

I gave up, I feel stupid for falling for the deal that was too good to be true, but luckily I used PayPal, so should be able to get a refund as no goods have been received.

I ended up going to IKEA.
