Issues problems with sleepsoftly giant bean bag bad service no support groupon deal

i purchased the deal by sleepsoftly from groupon sleepsoftly giant bean the deal seemed good but then i understood i had to pay £12 postage and packaging not really fussed about that if it turned up. I have logged into sleep softly and i am currently on my 3rd support ticket after a week and still havent had ANY CONTACT from anyone at sleep softly they win the award for worst customer service, i am yet to even have a response from the website which is awful the website says the order is completed but i havent had anything turn up yet no postal slips missed delivery etc.

Really annoyed that sleep softly think they can just ignore their paying customers
