As someone mentioned earlier, I also thought you couldn't use more than two £1 h/c coupons because you'd only bought two items? I know when I bought three JF items at £6.99 each (3 for 2), the till would only take three £1.25 quit coupons, even though the gross total was over £20.

Obvious question this might be but does the venus Vibrance razor count as toiletry? I ask because it is supposed to be on offer for £4.49, here is hoping that it is and my little store stocks it. I am having trouble using the £1 off toiletry vouchers, always get handed back - trying to buy more interesting things then the usual handwash, shampoo and deodarants.

I am afraid I am completly addicted to buying toiletries now. I was in Sainsburys this afternoon, well I like to spread myself about a bit, and on the reduced section there were some items with orange stickers on them over the yellow clearance ones and mad prices scribbled on them so I couldnt resist them. I am not going to tortue you with a list but I did get a John Frieda blonde shampoo for my eldest who has golden locks for 80p !!!!

I also got three packs of Venus Vibrance blades which seem to have 8 heads in them for 30p per box!!!!! Of course I have not got a Venice Vibrance razor to go with the blades as yet And I know this ammount of blades is probally a lifetimes supply but at 30p I couldnt help myself :rotfl:

mhoc sounds like u had a fab shop today, I hope you used your nectar card. Mind you the other day when I flashed my tesco clubcard at our office security guards on the way in, (instead of my photo pass) I knew there was no hope for me.

I hope the venus vibrance counts as toiletries - it should do, on the previous promotion I got gillette mach 3 blades and they went through fine. I think sometimes the SAs get abit confused if the item is not pictured on the voucher but they should work.

Double drat. I cut all my coupons out and piled them neatly last night. I can see me being left with quite a few of these £1 ones. Also I reckon I need two or three of the £1.25 Quit pack ones to go with every £2.50 one I have so I probally need to hunt down some more quit packs. (3 because I often get carried away!)

I have to say that I have always found the dude to be a straight up guy and definitely not a troll. I'm sure he did honestly believe what he was saying and if proved to the contrary he will apologise, his posts are usually very helpful.

Nothing against Welshy, i'm not saying it is true at all, I just know that the dude would not be malicious for the sake of it IMHO
