just recieved our replies to application for compensation from Virgin Atlantic. our delay was 8 + hours manchester to orlando. first we were told that the palne from orlando was delayed by 2hrs then it had taken off, next we were told that it would be 4hrs late and hadn't left yet. Finally they sent a smaller plane and some people had to fly the next day. So we sent off the forms and have as i said recieved a very technical letter stating that there was a fault that was beyond their control and that no compensation is due. what is the next step?please help.:( 31july 2009
