My OH took out a cash back contract with PHONEBOXDIRECT. We sent off the cashback form and photocopied mobile bill about 4 weeks ago. They are denying recieving it and are now saying that we cannot claim that particualr months cashback and that all future cashback installments will be void.
We have only recieved 1 claim so far so look to loose quite alot.
I would appreciate any advice.
