Can I still make use of my Santander 3% Account?

I opened a Santander Instant Access ISA in August 2012, filled it to the maximum £5640, the rate is 3% until July 2013.
Now when I'm logged into this account online it states I can still contribute £5760 (this ISA year's allocation).
My questions are :-
If I put £5760 into it now (using my 2013/14 allocation), will it attract the rate of 3% until July 2013.
If I transfer in full (5340+interest) Halifax 2012/13 ISA will that also pickup this 3% rate until July 2013.
Replies greatly appreciated.

If it is an instant access account then you should be able to deposit up to your 2013-14 allowance.
If it allows transfers in, you can of course ask Santander to transfer your old ISA in.0
