You can only fund/subscribe to one ISA per year.
However you could fund an ISA, then transfer it (in full) and then fund the now transferred ISA once complete.0 -
I would pay whatever you can afford into your Nationwide Online ISA 3 which is paying 3.10% until September for this tax year and then look around for an easy access cash ISA which will allow transfers in with a good rate and do what a lot of us on this forum have done. Don't put in new money with the new isa but arrange for them to transfer £100 from your Nationwide's past years isas then in September ask them to transfer all of your Nationwide ISA unless Nationwide come up with a better rate."Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0

Since Nationwide ISAs all count as one big ISA, you can do that. I take it the point of opening the Web ISA 3 now is to lock it in before it goes away, in case there's nothing better in September.hi i have a nationwide Online ISA Issue 3 and the bonus expires in sept 13 is there anything stoping me from depositing £4760 this yr and £1000 in a new 2013 n/wide isa and transfer the issue 3 into the new one in september thanks for any advice
In that case, it looks like you could open it with £1000, then just leave £1 in to keep it open, and move £999 to the Online Saver 3."It will take, five, 10, 15 years to get back to where we need to be. But it's no longer the individual banks that are in the wrong, it's the banking industry as a whole." - Steven Cooper, head of personal and business banking at Barclays, talking to Martin Lewis0 -
