As long as my quiet well behaved kids get the same rights to kick adults off planes who reach over them, push past them, yell loudly as they've drunk too much and who wake them up as they push past.
Every flight I've been on, the adults cause more issues than the kids do. Never will forget our BA flight to Rome where a lairy !!!! was causing issues for the staff and annoying everyone around him. Was fun explaining his behaviour to the kids.

Worst are stag and hen parties, good thing about Ryanair is the unallocated seating, you can spot them and make sure you're sitting nowhere near them. Once this plan failed as they moved seats, and the biggest loudmouth w***er sat right behind me, I'd already had to listen to him saying the same thing again and again and again at the gate, in the queue to board and on the bus which stopped for ages waiting for something...bylromarha wrote: »As long as my quiet well behaved kids get the same rights to kick adults off planes who reach over them, push past them, yell loudly as they've drunk too much and who wake them up as they push past.

I thought I'd get out of if when a mother and daughter came and sat by me, the father was in another seat and I offered to swap - the mother was most offended and said to her daughter "that man doesn't want to sit next to you", I told her it wasn't her daughter I was trying to get away from. Luckily the t***er behind me had a couple more beers and fell asleep. I think even his mates were relieved as he was annoying them as much as me!0 -
I really hoped the captain would chuck a woman off the flight I was on last week - held us up for 15 mins (was last on plane to boot) complaining that although she didn't pre-book her seat and someone had to move so her and her daughter could sit together, she was not sat with hubby and could not possibly fly without sitting next to hubby. The steward firmly said , several times, that they had done their best and thankfully she took her seat. Flight ended up late because it missed it's push back - all for this one woman. Her little darling then spend half the flight trying to lean backwards over my seat to see what I was watching before falling asleep with her bare feet on the wall between us (I have a think about feet).
What I would have given for a vote off option.Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0 -
You know when you look at someone and you just know that person will never pay a penny tax in their life...
Then you read the kid is called Paryss and all is confirmed.0 -
Did no-one offer to swap? I've never understood this obsession some people have with sitting together for a short flight, you're on holiday together you'll be spending 24/7 with each other there, does it really matter if you're apart for 2 hours? But it does seem to be a matter of life and death to some people and I'd always offer to swap to save them the trauma of being more than 4 inches away from their loved one for 2 hours!thegirlintheattic wrote: »I really hoped the captain would chuck a woman off the flight I was on last week - held us up for 15 mins (was last on plane to boot) complaining that although she didn't pre-book her seat and someone had to move so her and her daughter could sit together, she was not sat with hubby and could not possibly fly without sitting next to hubby. People had already been asked several times for several other passengers separated by the time this woman got on board. People were then asked again and one move was made so she was sitting right next to her daughter rather than across the aisle. It was a full flight (lasting 4 hours) and was mainly families with children with a small number of couples; so no there were no more volunteers to move.
If I hadn't been sitting in a exit row I might have volunteered if her attitude was better - but sadly she was an adult behaving like a spoilt child.Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0
