That's the one that Kurtis has linked to. Free Time. Obviously if you want one with the on-demand integrated EPG then that's the one to pick.
Hard to advise further unless you say what features you actually want-you haven't said yet if you want a PVR or just a digibox.

    What does this mean?
Requires a working dual LNB satellite dish (Not Aerial)
I have a Sky dish from 2001, never had a Sk+ HD box, does that dish have a dual LNB?

If you've never had Sky+ at all, it's extremely unlikely that you'll have more than one feed (cable) from your dish. It's a simple matter to fit a new and suitable LNB to a dish, but if the equipment is twelve years old it's probably more cost effective to have a completely new dish fitted (dependant on it's condition, of course).

Would I need a more than one feed cable if I only wanted to record/watch one channel at a time, or if I didn't wish to record at all, I am more interested in receiving HD broadcast.

It is possible to use one feed, however the age of your receiving equipment suggests it may need to be changed anyhow.

Fine, so you want a PVR, and then you need to decide if you want the on-demand content (if you are going to need that) integrated into the EPG or not. If you do, you need the newer Free Time version. if not, one of the Foxsat HDR's.

Is is worth having it built into the EPG???

Cliecost - if you're never going to use it - no! Freetime should be an easier to use platform, and will be supported for longer by the broadcasters/manufacturer. I'd say if you can afford the extra, go for it.
