Not really, I wasted 15 minutes reading it and the most relevant bit for us is just talking about the POPLA 6 month report. Nothing we didn't know already.

There is a rubbish article about the new editor spending a day with a bailiff - written as if it's a good thing - and he ends up saying how impressed he was with the way they went round clamping cars in 10 seconds flat. And this was NEWLYN, so easily impressed, jeez...and the editor admits he is new to the parking sector (so it follows that he hasn't a clue and believes everything he's being told by the Councils, bailiffs and the private sector of course).
