My boys (18 months and 3 yrs) love pushing cars around the floor. They NEVER get bored of following each other round with thier cars.
When it's warm enough (yes, I know, it's never warm enough!), they absolutely love those little spray bottles you can get in pound shops, filled with water. They run around watering plants and 'cleaning' everything, and naturally end up having a water fight.
