Trying to find out if anyone else has had problems transferring monies from old ISA accounts into their ISA Saver or have we just been incredibly unlucky with our catalogue of disasters and errors.

im thinking to transfer to chesire, im currently have 1.95% halifax from previous years. To be honest im so disappointed about interest rates this year, so i cant even see a damn reason why i need to do something to transfer form one paltry rate to another, 1.95% or 2.3%, extra couple of tenners, who cares!
  • Have email and text to say my application has been completed have to to receive my account details and the money from my old ISA hasn't moved but then it could take upto 15 days.

Similar experience. Opened account on the 10th and sent off the transfer form. Got an email on the 11th saying my application has now been processed. :)
  • Just received a text from my old ISA provider to say that they have start the process of transferring to my new ISA. Impressed so for with the service from CBS.

My transfer took several weeks from M&S which was GOOD news as CBS were paying interest from day application received. So, for that period I was getting over 4% :)
