Monarch (yes:rotfl:) have told me in my first claim that flight delayed due to passenger having a heart attack and having to re route and also put wrong flight date on letter:mad: - found out the flight was definately NOT re routed.:mad: after i wrote and told them they had given the wrong date and actually lied:eek: about the flight being re routed they then told me on further investigations it was a fault with the door on plane - do I stand any chance taking things further or shall i give up as a bad job. Please Help.

Flight numbers to the same destination are re-used on a daily basis and no doubt the same flight on another day did suffer that problem.0 -

What help do you require? The FAQs advise on next steps: either you take them to court (yourself or via a no-win no -fee company) or you walk away. Those are your options, basically. Was there something more specific you needed a steer on?0
