And so are many others. But then "your area" is a mystery...
Someone offered to help you and you still haven't posted a link. I can understand why but do you want help or not? Without it, this thread is leaning on the useless side0 -

I dont understand why a link would be necessary?
I havent asked for any criticing of our pictures or advert just simply, would you expect viewings as soon as it went on?
I thought that given the market now-a-days viewings could be far and few between but reading some posts on here some people think the opposite.
Viewer is coming tonight at 6 with the EA, apparently they are seeing quite a few over the weekend but wanted to see ours this PM :j0 -

I so want to post the link in the "have a look at this" thread
Why do people keep asking the OP for the link, it's on rightmove :rotfl: and I found it within a few minutesAlways have a chuckle when people are so protective about the link

Well, it's a couple of days since you first posted, any news?
Hope you've had a few viewings...0 -
If a house/flat/apartment is priced right, you should have loads of viewings in the first two weeks. Then it goes down to a trickle.
Once it has been on for a week, ask your EA to give you the Rightmove/Zoopla click through stats.
When a potential buyer tells me they have "loads of viewings" arranged, then my heart sinks. They will not be back for a second viewing.0 -

That raises an interesting question. That is - what constitutes "loads of viewings"?
My own definition of "loads of viewings" wouldn't even begin to kick in unless there had been 20 or more viewings in a week. However, I'm wondering if post-2007 5 viewings a week is now deemed to be "loads of viewings"?
What do other people regard these days as "reasonable number of viewings per week", "loads of viewings per week"? I have the feeling that 2 viewers a week is deemed reasonable these days and 5 a week is deemed to be "loads".0 -

The first two weeks, you should (in a reasonable town) be expecting around 10-15 viewings for a property. Especially if similar properties have been selling like hot cakes (did the agent tell you that?)0

Hello lovely people!
Viewer came, viewer went.....He was an investor looking for a buy to let, apparently not quite what he was looking for..oh well, thats the first one down!
Spoke to the EA on Saturday and they said they had sent out the details to their registered clients and will be chasing them up this week...Not being funny but if you are looking for a property and the EA sends you the pariculars, if you are interested you would phoen up staright away would you not!!
So either they are lying about sending details out or they lied about "tons of FTB coming through the doors recently" and I can guess which one is the lie!!
Oh well we are in no rush.
P.s
I am only particular about posting a link because it would make me recogniseable and I don't really want "friends & family et al" seeing what i post on here.....and I do not have any twigs!!! Fake flowers yes but not twigs!0
