blocking outgoing mobile calls

Hi I was just wondering if there is any way i can block mobile calls being made from my house phone. Does anyone know which phone suppliers can do this. Im currently with Talk Talk and they say they do not have this service. Half my bill is used on mobiles (4 teenagers) :mad: Thanks

Called Sky the other day, call barring is something they "have in mind for the future" - in other words highly unlikely :mad:
