Can anyone help. I have found out the flight my wife and I were on back in 2007 with Thomas Cook, but we do not have any paperwork relating to our booking or the flight!
We flew from Gatwick to Santorini and were delayed in Gatwick for well in excess of five hours!
If TC refuse our claim will I be able to pursue my claim in the courts without any relevant paperwork to prove we were on that particular flight?
