I had a similar problem and it turned out to be a missed payment from their end. I was told that they often might lose a payment towards the end of the month when things are busy! Ask them to send you a spreadsheet of which jobs they have paid you for this month and that might help you spot the missing one. I had to send three messages via the enquiry thing before they would reply so they aren't the fastest.

I would join the list of Matt fans. I emailed recently about one particular month and he sorted it out immediately.

HOwever, what I haven't done yet is to reconcile every single month (going back to the last tax year). It's a horrid job lurking for this weekend. Watch this space.....

I'm just searching the list of suburbs and the inaccuracies and inconsistencies on there are unbelievable! I know they are round the other side of the world and can't be expected to know the name of every town and village in the UK but surely they must have it written down on their brief and all they need to is copy?

A few examples of what I mean:

Ashton : Ashton under Lye : Ashton-Under-Lyne : Ashton-Under-Lyme

Barrow in Furness : Barrow-In-Furness

Bexley : Bexley Heath : Bexleyheath

Burton on Trent : Burton upon Trent : Burton-On-Trent

Clacton : Clacton on Sea : Clacton Upon Sea : Clacton-On-Sea

Loads more but you get the jist ........

And then you find "167 New Road" or "High Street" or "London Road" so you have to select it in case it's the High Street or London Road near you and of course it's not, it's the other side of the country

Also, some are in upper case and some in lower. Don't they tell us NEVER TO USE UPPER CASE???

They need someone to sort it out because searching for jobs is getting more and more time consuming!

They have a section in the contact us where they would like people to put in any mistakes they find and give any ideas to improve the search if people done this it would make it easier for everyone so send in those hints.

if you have emailed them for a break down of payments they will answer but it will take a few days

Anyone having problems with GrassRoots at the moment? I log in, and it immediately logs me out again and a message comes up saying there has been an error and an email has been sent to the administrator.

I'm cross because they emailed me this morning to say there are jobs in my area and I can't access the bl**dy things!

Help ! could somebody with experience with Grass Roots please advise how I accept an assignment ? I have had an e mail, followed the link, the job is still available but I can not click on the 'contact us regarding this assignment' box

You need to scroll a bit further down the page, click on the date you are going to do the assignment, and then click on "confirm acceptance" button

The "contact us regarding this assignment" button only comes into play once you have accepted the assignment.
