Am I the only one who can't get on the grassroots new website? I've requested dozens of passwords and not received any emails. checked my junk too. Nothing. Have emailed their helpdesk and not had a reply. That was 2 weeks ago.0

Someone else had this problem and found they hadn't registered fully - have you double checked? Otherwise, keep up the pressure and keep sending emails......Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0

Hello
I don't know why I didn't think to ask here before - should have known Moneysavers would be mystery shopping - but I signed up with Cybershoppers last year. Did my sample visit, was told I'd met all the criteria, did the online training, sent off all my bank and NI details.
But I NEVER received a number or any other info from them, despite three or four emails I sent (all unanswered). The only correspondence has been a P60 at the end of the tax year showing no earnings (obviously!).
What would you do? There's no email provided, other than the one I've been using to query things, and I did give up in the end but I'd like to chase them - apart from anything else they have all my financial details!
Any suggestions?
Thank you!
Muddled :rolleyes:0 -
Just logged into OC and found a couple more jobs lurking! I think I might like this new system afterall. Fastest finger first instead of direct allocation hee hee. Just off to see to a Grassroot job, a totally new one for me so that should be fun.DEBT FREE AND LOVING LIFE0
